When Will My Order Arrive?

We’re thrilled you’ve chosen Kanvas Art Kingdom to bring your walls to life! Here’s what to expect for delivery times:

  • Standard shipping takes between 4-14 days, depending on your location.
  • Larger canvases typically ship faster due to expedited shipping methods.
  • Expedited shipping is available at checkout if you’d like to receive your order sooner.

Note: Shipping times do not include the processing period for your order.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Be sure to have your receipt or proof of purchase on hand.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@kanvasartkingdom.com. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send any items back without first contacting us, as they cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, reach out immediately to support@kanvasartkingdom.com so we can resolve the issue for you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items, such as sale items or gift cards, cannot be returned. If you have any concerns about your specific item, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, start by initiating a return for the item you have, and then place a new order for the replacement once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
